Figures huh? I was so indecisive I never posted my top 10. But after finding some notes with some scribbling, I decided to post what it seems like the general consensus was....last year (2008).

It is very strange posting this ALMOST A YEAR later. I was tempted to move things around, to just plain take some things off. For example, at this point in time I would have definitely moved Deerhunter way up on the list. So would Bon Iver. But I had just discovered both those records towards the end of last year. So I tried to stay as true to the list I found as possible...and make it be what I was actually thinking at the end of 2008 rather than what I am thinking now. There are probably a few I forgot about too because the end of the list (8-10) look real sketchy to me. I'm going to be sure to be more timely for 2009's list....
